I believe you could potentially ask ChatGPT to parse your playlist, and look for the albums in any retailer you like. It MIGHT work but some information around stock may be outdated (done some similar experiments for an application I'm working on).

Would be cool if it worked reliably but for now I'd rather keep my music preferences away from gpt 😅

That's fair - I've been looking at the problem from a slightly different angle (I have a Wishlist of records, and want to monitor their stock in some arbitrary online stores) and it's not an easy problem to solve.

Best I've come up with an MVP I'll be working on is generating search URLs for each retailer I want. From there, I would need to think about scraping/feeding it to a (hopefully local) model for extracting relevant information.

All of this because when buying records there's a ton of tiny stores which offer better prices and more money to the bands.
