This is *the* biggest problem that everyone complaining about Dem messaging doesn't understand or want to reckon with. The right-wing media infrastructure is specifically designed to drown out Democrats even when they're making fundamentally correct assertions.
Right, and we've been here a while (though very much worse now). Taking this on board means reckoning with the fact that no clever silver bullet will do, and that we need to expend a lot of resources over a long time to even start to address the issue. That's demoralizing, I get it! But here we are.
All these hot takes about Jeffries and Schumer..... do these people think GOP won because of McCarthy/Johnson/McConnell? The problem for Dems is that the ecosystem outside of the politicians is needed, and it's failing.
