I was 99% I had done my homework and was really proud of myself for doing all of that, but its like being back to square one. also, having to do the assessment again and again is traumatizing. keeping fingers crossed for your appointment 🌈🧠

oh, so relatable 🤕 I really feel like we should normalise seeking ADHD care abroad & stop all of this nonsense with not being allowed to take your meds abroad etc.
