- do situps while c++ compiling
- do push-ups while shaders compiling
- 10 reps (choice) on ensure
- 20 reps (choice) on crash
- 5 reps (choice) every time i swear at it
Yooo!! Tyty ✨honestly been going gym for around 3+yrs on and off and never saw much progress. I saw my biggest moves when I started watching my diet, getting enough protein in and training 5 days a week. Who knew a good diet and sleep schedule was *actually* beneficial to your health wth???
What kind of diet changes did you make? I recently started keeping track of my calorie intake via an app. It helps but wish I was getting better results. I'm looking to get a little more toned and staying thin/lean
