Played it about a year and a half ago, and loved all the options to approach the central conflict. Our group's strategy worked brilliantly until it dramatically went off the rails in an excellent way; it's one of my favorites in the book.

Of the Candlekeep adventures we played, it was our favorite. We really enjoyed how it worked like a small, contained sandbox. Unique premise and fun to explore. It also had a lot more mystery to it than many of the other adventures. Loved it!

It was really fun! Served as a cracking two-shot Hot Springs episode for some characters that had wrapped up Dragon Heist. Cool flavour, and hags always make great villains but this was as a fun twist on it.

I loved it, adapted it as an epilogue for my high level game a few years back. The players had a lot of fun and I really liked using the hags as bad guys. I put the location in my current campaign too, but the players got distracted by one PC losing his soul and had to go deal with that.

Our Heroine has befriended the Medusa and is scheming to turn the hags* against each other.

*using hags elsewhere so I changed the true nature of the villains.

I've run it three times for different groups as a one-shot, and it's one of my favorite stories. Different outcomes every time, it always throws the players who're there to hack and slash for a loop, but satisfies them in the end.

I ran the adventure as a tie in to a beloved NPCs backstory set in Exandria. Tristan Oakenheart was a Bard who had his voice Taken from him in exchange for assuming the male gender he always identified as. My players loved exploring the shrine and helping him earn his voice back. 10/10.

I added it as a side quest in my witchlight campaign and loved running my players through it. May have ended up with two PCs trying to run the spa afterwards tho!

I played it (at a table of just two wizards) at a virtual D&D weekend. Had a blast, although for our party was a bit difficult, haha. My "super power" as a player is to never remember anything about monsters, so I was genuinely surprised by the owners of the spa!

I recall the hags being memorable and our DM said the notes for roleplaying them and running the adventure were well written.

I played in a single 6 hours long session, with a group that's very precious to me. I loved the story, the vibe, the mystery, the NPCs. We didn't have any combat and, though usually I prefer to have at least a little bit of it, the lack of it didn't make the experience any less amazing

(2/2) All the NPCs were really fun to roleplay, the hags were splendidly creepy, and I loved the scope of it - broad enough to give the players meaningful choices while still having clear goals and being contained in the temple. I liked how it rewarded investigating and talking to NPCs, too!

Ran it 1.5yr ago (as part of Candlekeep-as-campaign with Grazzt as behind the scenes overarching BBEG, @sierkdoesscience below was a player) - super fun! Made it a first-arc endpoint, rescuing the wizard from the 1st adventure, Saeth escaping to become a delightfully annoying recurring villain. 1/2

Imo the best adventure in the book. Our group did a round robin DM campaign where we all took turns running adventures, and we had a lot of fun coming up with overly convoluted reasons why the DM's PC wasn't around.
But your NPCs, the setting, the twist, all sublime. We still reference it often 👍
