My day has consisted of getting called a racist by white men because I explained that DEI doesn’t mean people aren’t getting hired based off race, disability or orientation it means they get a fair opportunity when traditionally jobs go to unqualified white men, see: your president. Theyre mad mad 🤷🏻‍♀️
