It's the city council that is putting the plaque up at the library. I misunderstood and thought it was the library.

You aren’t the only on. The poor library staff - who this city council has consistently attacked - are being inundated with callers thinking they are behind the plaque. Same thing for the Friends of the Library. So the Council wins again.
