One of the reasons I am keeping my last B2B SaaS private and not sharing it public. The niche is too small and the entry is easy-ish.

Though I still think build in public is good, especially for someone just starting out. It helps build a network and maybe a following that can also be potential buyers.

Yes, lessons in public might work. I will probably keep sharing about ScreenshotOne as a habit. But some new products? Maybe need to have some time to build the moat first?
