Bluesky gives everyone the ability to control what they see yet so many people complain about their skylines. I hope someone is studying why people can't stop following things that make them unhappy and keep them enraged. It has to be a sickness or something.

It becomes addicting to always be angry; feeling that rage and feeling alive. To always have a way to pump yourself up and have limitless energy - even if it is negative - to motivate you.
It is self destruction.
The true power of Bsky is using custom feeds/lists to see the things you want to see. And using mod tools to remove things you don't want.
I’d rather have a feed of everything *except* the things I’ve said I DON’T want to see, rather than only the things I’ve said I DO want to see. But maybe that’s impractical.
It's an addiction to toxin behavior. It's like being a heroin addict who can't quit. It's the same addiction.
"I'm talking more about people who are actively following people/accounts that upset them. Or those that go over to the musty place and report back."
That's the only way they can feel.
I left over there in Jan and my mental health vastly improved not seeing things that enraged me daily. I won't do it again.

We need more education and transparency on how algorithms work on these sites so people know how to recognize when they are getting got and can pivot (if they want)
