This ridiculous passage from the New York Times today exemplifies why the Lib establishment is unprepared to meet the moment. Hochul *has* the legal authority to fire Adams, but shouldn’t because it would “muddy the waters”?? So when your opponent does something illegal, you unilaterally disarm???
