I genuinely miss Twitter and wish I had spent more time there sooner. Musk bought it pretty soon after I joined and it was an incredible place to meet people, meet composers, and grow as a creator. I really really really will miss what it was and what it could have been.

I don't mean to be the Mr. Rogers of Bluesky (I say "fuck" too much for that), but I did want to say for the new folks it's okay to be sad about the former Twitter, and everything that was lost there. I was sad about it too when I finally left. It's a real place with real memories. I mourned a bit.
