Nice! I am struggling to understand or find an api for how WM handles automout of removable media. I can send custom scsi commands but have trouble ejecting and unmount the device programmatically. Dont suppose you have any tips? :)

If memory serves me there was a distributed object helper that handled mounting / unmounting for WM. If you figure it out for floppies you can go from there.

Not a user but a NeXT UI admirer ... kinda long shot but: I remember an advert on DDJ for a NeXT app called maybe "Sniff++" - it had an illustrated pig in the about dialog. Any chance you or anyone might remember this and *maybe* have a picture of it? Dunno why it's been in my head for 20+ years.
