This is apropos of nothing but I just recalled that in the first month of medical school a lecturer asked, "Has anyone ever heard of twin-twin transfusion syndrome?" and my hand instinctively shot up, which led to being asked how I knew about it and having to sheepishly reply "... Grey's Anatomy."
