Inspired by this thread--what are your BEST airports to fly out of/connect through? My nominees: the new Kansas City airport (as beautiful as the previous one was dismal), Indianapolis (who would've guessed), Detroit (prob the best big hub airport, imo), and PHX (really good food options)

Factual statement.
That said, Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson airport is even worse. I don’t fly Delta anymore in large part because that’s their main hub and I simply refuse.
Every time I have to endure that airport, I pray for Sherman to be reborn.

LAX was horrible to catch connecting flight to SF after long haul from Sydney, barely made it. Awful place, LAX.
I'm likely in the minority, but as a connector, DFW is likely my favorite because I know it well and can get around it reasonably quickly.
My home airport of LEX is my favorite to fly out of because I'm usually parked and through TSA in 10m.
Also I will always love the United tunnel at O’Hare. More soothing transition spaces in airport plz
Seattle.
Denver is reliable but doesn't have enough food options or seating, and the vibe is bad.
I also want to mention Denver, not for convenience or anything else that matters, but because the tram plays a different random tune every time it stops.
