The mechanics are also great. Still in tutorial phase and I'm loving the combination of turn-based combat with an element of interaction to dodge/parry and add extra damage to a skill.

(Also, difficulty settings are great for my poor timing instincts 😅)

I heard about how you basically have to parry perfectly each time or you're screwed and then immediately decided I will watch someone else play this game. 😂

There is a story mode that is much more forgiving on parry and dodge timings and I'm not having issues yet 😅 I just have to remember to do it!

Dodge is easier to time than parry but doesn't give the extra attack that a perfect parry gives. I'll see how this goes in harder parts.

I heard about that, but even then, I suck at parrying (and I also don't like turn-based combat that much). The game looks wonderful, though, and the story is intriguing, too. The gaming bros I watch were very effusive about how good it is.

My one tiny tiny niggle - need a photo mode so the gorgeous graphics aren't overlaid with the pause menu when I try to capture images 😅

Trust me, even in the prologue this game looks stunning.
