As a 62 year old PIP recipient- am terrified. My state pension upped to 67. My wife had to finish work to care for me. Using my future PIP pay to buy a light wheelchair on HP. Life not worth living if the populists get their way. Please Labour reflect on your actions for God's sake @debbieabrahams

PIP is not fit as it is. It pays for my car, but I don’t qualify for mobility component - but I would be unable to walk to my local bus stop and use the bus due to weakness or catch my local train. Everyone’s living conditions are different . It never reflects people’s needs . I need help cleaning

But again that’s not taken into consideration. Apparently we magically clean and maintain our homes - we magically replace washing machines and cars that break- we never get fines or special diets . Disabled need universal basic income - or early state pensions like employed get . Companies should

Not be allowed to sack sick people and should be forced to pension people off with uplifts should that person fail a work assessment. Then maybe the bill would come down. Anyone deemed unlikely to recover should get UBI and left alone.
