PiP and UC are also IN-work benefits, designed to keep people in their jobs. For those of us who can't work, our meagre pittances go back directly into the local economy on goods and services, not hoarded like the wealthy corporations and people she refuses to tax.

PIP isn’t a work related benefit but you can receive it if you’re able to work.

🏠 Without PIP, 700,000 more disabled households could be pushed into poverty.

Cutting this or other disability benefits would increase hardship for some of the poorest in society - something morally indefensible.

If you can even get PIP! I am diagnosed as multiply disabled, and I am actively looking for work, while completing further education (by way of reduced tuition online college courses, through my county council) - and the DWP still refused my application! I need public transit fare, most of all!
