This is where the lines are being drawn. Trump and his most ardent supporters are fighting to a) increase corporate power, b) enrich the wealthiest 1 percent of America, c) advance white supremacy, and d) reassert hegemonic masculinity.

Lowering your grocery bill was, and will never be the point.

The public is divided over whether or not the government should do more to solve problems, but is largely in agreement that the government should play a major role in protecting the nation, our health, infrastructure, etc.
