Probably an unpopular opinion, and I get the need for more housing but building housing with insufficient parking is a detriment to both the tenants and the surrounding community.
Emerging downtown core 40 years in the making. New City Center light rail station, Swift Blue and Orange BRT lines, and Community Transit bus routes. Parking reform = next piece of the puzzle to bring it all together. Exciting things on the horizon. Long-term vision + commitment will get us there.
