Respondents are Which? subscribers so may be very few of them have flown QR.

Al Meer also wouldn't agree... "We plan years & years ahead. And you can see it in so many projects that we have engaged in and have implemented, that we are at least 10 steps ahead of the competitors”.

There's a lot of things with BA's product that aren't that great / as good as other airlines. They usually got you from A to B for a decent price & earn useful status. Happy customer.

Now with the Exec Club changes, we may well see more people being tempted to give Jet2 & easyJet a go.

Discounted easyJet Plus for is a decent carrot, but they should have gone all-in and made it free for the first year for BA status holders.
