At this point, it'd be easier for me to fly to the US, go pay for one at Walgreens, and fly back.

Just normalize the use of the language of annual flu shots or vaccines.
It's an annual COVID vaccine. And an annual flu vaccine.
People should get both, every year. Because...they're annual vaccines.
These are going to be updated annually. They will be annual vaccines.
I'm waiting to see any evidence to support this conclusion. If we wanted to be proactive, we could update vaccines biannually.
