I won't claim it's all wrong without a deeper look, but in these two correlations they confuse r (strength of correlation) with p (likelihood that the data would be this way if there is no correlation).
r = 0.21, p - 0.003 => "strongly positive correlation"
The r values are equivalent magnitudes with opposite signs. The p value relates to the confidence, not the strength of the correlation. And difference there may be caused by sample size.
For a couple of years he became very forgetful, he almost lost his job but we found a place where he could function. Now he seems to be back to normal.
