They don’t need standing in the Roberts court. They just make shit up in the shadowdocket and get it in front of all of them where they then proceed to make their own laws out of nothing.

I don't know about that. It seems the greatest threat to journalism was the takeover of the profession by billionaires/corporatists).

(Granted, that's why most of our institutions suck now, but on this? They've already given up).

If Wynn succeeds in this, I can't wait to see the lawsuits filed by Hillary, Hunter and all the rest of the Democrats so unfairly slandered by every rightwing "News" (hello Murdoch) and hate radio outlet since Gingrich and Limbaugh hit the airwaves. We will bury them all.

Agreed. The consequences of this would be horrible. They've been looking for an excuse to go after Sullivan for a while, and in this environment it won't take much.
