I sometimes wonder about the algorithms driving so-called “Ad sense” as I routinely get pitches for all kinds of things that are often just ridiculously inappropriate.
1. Show random junk.
2. Show junk that is somewhat relevant to the site you're visiting or the search you made.
3. Use your history to show you junk you purchased yesterday.
4. Go to step 1.

Ad data used to be accurate. Target would send baby stuff coupons to women before they knew they were pregnant.
I keep getting ads for PReP.
And now this coffin stuff.
