EU falling into the UN trap wherein any whacko facist member state can quash good policy. This needs serious attention if the EU is to meet it's big big challenges.
The needs to be reform in the EU to be able to suspend or remove countries that don't meet EU values. Too many double standards e.g. Turkey can't join because of lack of free press etc but it's fine for Hungary?

EU has had years to deal with this guy, three years of full scale invasion where this little putinist fuck supports our enemies. The fact Europe is not doing anything tangible means our leaders approve of the Hungarian tiny-putin's actions.
So his opinion is that elections of Belarus are completely free and legitimate? He shouldn't have any rights block any union statements which is completely against shared values. And this same clown blackmails Ukraine's EU membership, cause it doesn't meet the conditions? Give me a break.
I can only assume it's to do with the EU being too collaborative and too devolved to organise any collective discipline on disruptors who act as agents of another political entity or, in the light of baltic comms cable sabotage, adversary in this instance.

EU was constructed based on good faith and consensus. In the last 10 years we see the problems with that.
We have to move from consensus to 2/3 majority. Otherwise a bad actor can block everything constantly.
First need to get Hungary out from the process and then make changes.
