Should serve as a reminder to any country that has treaties with the US, that they're essentially worthless and you will get robbed at gunpoint eventually.
Trump has consistently overpaid for real estate assets his whole career in order to make the deal and snag a trophy property. He wants the accolades, the prize. Trump’s negotiation skills are pretty much limited to bullying lenders and vendors down on legitimate amounts he owed.
