Very good question. I only ”know”Swedish inteligence and we’ve always had our own SAAB and Ericsson systems with air and ground based radio and radar inteligence as well as a huge network surveillance program since mid 90s. Not sure this is normal in the EU.
I mean it's getting painfully obvious USA is no longer a reliable intel partner. Musk walk in and out of secret services like its a Costco so Europe has to build up its own independent intel system.
We’ve never relied on US intelligence. We sold loads of radio intelligence to US during the cold war and further on but we’ve never been a part of the US inteligence network so to speak. Norway is the complete difference. They relay on the US 100%. Finns max 50% I would say.
