I've been thinking the same thing many times. Small airplanes or attack helicopters must be better and cheaper to use against slow moving moped drones.

exactly that. My concern is, #Russia managed to turn around approach:
2022-23 - Ukraine managed to destroy very expensive #Russian equipment with cheaper means
2024-25 - Ukraine has to rely on relatively expensive equipment to defend against cheap attacks
No good trend for war of attrition
