So true! Additionally, there was no work or task analysis done to determine how things were going to carry on after they fired everybody. They say that AI will replace people, but Implementing any new system to do the work of the people fired will take months or most likely years. And can it really?

Truly. We do desperately need to upgrade our federal IT systems and that WOULD cut down and fraud, abuse, and waste, but it’s so much more fun to say “AI will fix it.” Instead of doing the hard, expensive work of actually upgrading our infrastructure.
