8. It is difficult to overstate what a catastrophe this will be for the US research and education systems, particular in biomedical fields.

It is deliberate and wanton devastation entirely out of scale with any concern about DEI activities on campuses.

The goal is destroy US universities.

Thank you for sharing this. I can see this max rate of 15% spreading into other area of research, like astrophysics. And I can’t see any university capable of conducting research with these limits. They need that overhead to hire vital members of the university. This is an attack on knowledge.

If you’ve really watched him lately he looks as if he is hanging on by a thread. Physically & mentally he just does not have the energy or strength as in the past. Hence, his reliance on Musk who I genuinely don’t know if Trump can fully comprehend what all Musk is obliterating. Frightening times!😬
