My Rep basically said "lol idk" when asked what the game plan was if the court orders were just ignored at a recent town hall.

Infuriating. TBH, I don't expect them to have all the answers right away. But at the very least, I do expect them to have a response along the lines of, "I don't yet know what the next steps will be, but I can promise we won't relent."

And the Dems spent all last year treating the as in the bag election when it was a coin fleet, and the previous 4 years of following the lead of Biden and not doing everything possible to stand on the gas in getting him behind bars.

I'm obviously infuriated with the entire Republican party, but I think it's fair to be frustrated & angry at Dems voting to confirm nominees, with leaders like Jeffries et al. proclaiming they'll seek bipartisanship rather than taking a steadfast opposition approach. Not doing all they can, IMO.

I've read that, and it seems like mostly solid advice. I get what he's saying, but I still think it's okay to push our Dem representatives and even call them out when we think they're wrong or weak. Don't we have a responsibility to do so? And to thank them when they're getting it right, of course.

Republicans want to cut government spending, but a lot of that spending goes straight into their own districts infrastructure, and other federal programs. If Elon Musk were to successfully, same Republican lawmakers would be the first to scream when jobs in their districts start disappearing.
