This will devastate HigherEd paths for the majority of my students (~62 % are pell recipients). More loans, nope.
My general advice, if you have > 10-15k/yr in loans, then strongly consider not attending. Work, save money. Then, go full time, crush classes and chase scholarships for yr 2-4.
