It's not just an ethnic cleansing plan. Its a confirmation of genocide. He saw images that confirm Gaza is a demolition site and uninhabitable. Witkoff says there is no infrastructure, 30k unexploded ordinances (Made in America), & thus it is uninhabitable. They confirm genocide.
