One of the things i really like about the stand I have is I can slip a keyboard underneath the pen display and be physically closer to the screen

What i've done over the years was to buy monitor arms and tighten their joints. They don't move while I draw and I can arrange them back and forth if I'm not using my tablet for drawing either.

This stand I got for holding up artbooks while I work also supports a 16 inch pen display tablet btw, and is also adjustable [with some effort]

Laptop stands and risers have generally gotten better, but they are almost never made with pen display tablet users in mind.

I tend to have a lighter touch with pen displays, but some folks put their entire upper body weight into each pen stroke so I dunno if other laptop stands are prepared for that lolol
