I looked into whether or not countries would let you in if your gender marker was wrong, and as long as the country accepting you shouldn't have too much trouble

problem if you're not gonna have a fun time getting back into the US, so once you leave, you're not coming back

If its a renewal yeah not going to happen but I was told if its the first time they would know so unless there is something on that birth certificate that says it was changed. Also tell her gratz on getting her Texas birth certificate change.

how is it that they're not even specifying what additional documentation would be acceptable. hospitals dont make "GENDER AT BIRTH CERTIFICATION CARDS", that is what the Birth Certificate is meant to establish. it is federal overreach to not trust that a state Birth Certificate is accurate

Well, since 47 said it's "biological sex at conception," and everyone is female at conception (bio sex develops later), she should be recognized as female. I wonder if there's a case to be made there or if it would be too expensive to litigate.
