As we've had Easter Eggs in December and Halloween stuff in July and Christmas goods in September for about 20 years now can people just stop being outraged and go to church if they actually believe in God and not chocolate am I right.

Chocolate has the advantage of being real, of course, but I still wouldn't worship it. Although who knows, with what's coming up this year. I reckon plenty of people in this country would pray to a Terry's Chocolate Orange, on a Matchmakers crucifix.
I had a French teacher at school who was the most patronising type of religious person. She got very vexed about Easter eggs at Christmas. I now can't see Easter eggs at this time of year without it bringing me a small shot of pleasure.

If I’m not wrong the Church of England says that a Creme egg represents the body of Christ and so they get upset if they are consumed before Chinese New Year.
