I was born in 1974, but I hung out with hippies in my teenage years. We liked nature, psychedelic rock, and anything that pushed aside a future we dreaded. We didn't want to be part of the machine, though it found us anyway, but we had a taste of freedom for a short while. #poetry #poems #memories
