In the North we have Red Brick Road cider at Deloraine who have a great cellar door, and Mt Gnomon Farm near Penguin has planted an orchard of interesting cider apples. They are a full paddock to plate operation

I did some amazing things after drinking Pagan Cider’s Cherry Scrumpy (10%). I don’t know if it’s newsworthy, although the police helicopter was called. Probably not for print.

My mate Stuart that runs Salvage Drink Co. They are getting the discard fruit from orchards and turning it into spirits and liqueurs using wild yeasts. Pretty fun times!

Do you mean producers only? If not, Sally Bound is doing some great stuff with maximising the interow for carbon and biodiversity, and Maddie Way et Al have been doing stuff on cider terroir!
