Too many unproven youth players in our squad means we have a massive lack of depth. If we want a first 11 of mainly u21s fine. That doesn't mean you can get away with a bench of mainly u18s. Need at least 3 first team ready back ups in January if we're to stand a chance of going up.

He’s got players on the bench he trusts to defensively see out a game Alese Hjelde. That’s it apart from Roberts today. Connelly doesn’t look fit to me & the rest are kids plus Rusyn who may as well not be there.

Mepham has been quite hit and miss last few games, at fault in the last game when he gave the ball up as going out and the Blackburn attacker didn't ,and crossed it and today and very poor attempt at a tackle leading to Stokes goal, together with O Nein who defended poorly.
