For sitting days, you can check the Queen's park calendar. Provincial governments take it pretty easy and Ontario takes it a little easier than most.

I watch Question Period every day and track this. I’ve done it since 2021. I also watch Ford’s pressers and which journalists ask questions. This is the end of November, other than the Legislature.
