Yeah... while this kind of thing obviously can and did happen before LLMs, I recently stopped someone from doing some DB updates that would have essentially wiped a massive production system. Their solution had been generated by ChatGPT and they had essentially no idea what it was actually doing.

Kevin, in particular, has posted a few times about how there's more benefit to writing than the final piece. That the act of writing helps you shape your thoughts.

Asking LLMs to "Write a product brief on the need for using Test Driven Development in our code" is often detrimental.
