I have a sourdough bara brith recipe that I might try soon.

I subbed white choc & raisins for sultanas, go easy on the sugar. There's a fabulous company in Wales called Fabulous Welsh Cakes Ltd that makes fabulous welsh cakes! I tried the fabulous orig & fabulous maple & pecan.
