Seriously well desrved, though. Loved ANORA and I was absolutely not expecting to. THE SUBSTANCE was a blast and glad it and Demi Moore have had the attention they've had. Acting categories were really stacked this year.

I don’t agree. Every film that’s won Best Picture this decade has had at least one performance win for it (McDormand in 2020, Kotsur in 2021, Yeoh/Quan/Curtis in 2022, Murphy/Downey in 2023). It tracks statistically, so I didn’t feel shock.
