Do you have a double bed? I only sleep on one side of my bed and use the other side for eating/living/resting and it helps create those zones whole still accommodating my chronic illnesses 🫶

HEHEHEH THANK UUUU I was lowkey so proud of myself when I came up w it because I spend like 80% of my day in bed but wanted to improve my sleep hygiene. I used different pillows and blankets too to help with zoning :)) hope it works for you!!
As a sleep therapist, I second this! It doesn't have to be rigid, but changing it up when you're feeling frustrated can help a lot. Moving sides, switching to the end of the bed, or even making a cozy "nest" next to your bed can help. Gotta make it work for you and reduce effort around sleep.
