Notice how grumpy New Yorkers hated Citibike when it was first introduced (my West Village building sued to have the station in front removed)? Now it's like the first thing people mention in real estate listings. Same thing will happen with congestion pricing! Opposed it at first, now they love it!

Yes, this bike is dead. It lived (nobly) in the late 2010s. Took its last trip in 2019. RIP.

This is, to the best of my knowledge, the most used citibike in the program's history. However, this comes with the serious caveat that citibike stopped publishing the ID number of the bike used with its trip data sometime during the pandemic. So this is only a pre-2020 analysis.
