There's been long periods in the past with no quorum and they haven't done that but maybe now is different

So, one thing is, per FAQ, AJ's still issued decisions, those were just essentially unappealable to the board until quorum was re-achieved.
And if you just let the case rest 35 days after the AJ, it would become a final review you could take to a federal judge

Also, presumably as Article 2 employees, every single ALJ has been getting bombarded with those fucking spork emails same as everyone else.
Maybe they'll try to can all the ALJs too. That's gonna make them extremely popular.
