I'm a dialysis nurse. Take care of your kidneys. The renal diet is no joke. I don't know how I'd react if someone told me I could never eat another tomato or potato again. My life? Or my tater tots? My health? Or my pizza? Some questions just don't have good answers.

Nephrologists saved my sister's life, and I've seen the problems you have to go through if your kidneys give up the ghost. The amount of time and equipment you need to even emulate their function is kinda scary.
