a recurring thought (s/o to @alixabeth.bsky.social) is how much *time* this administration is collectively wasting forcing people to do things, taking away things, reversing things, harming people, making people drop what they’re doing to mitigate said harms, etc.

Dump Trump is hear if we let him stay.
Respond to flooding the zone with targeted outrage and reaction or get overwhelmed.
Pick 1 thing to focus on, and trust that others will push back on the other things.
Big-tent resistance.
We need to start taking the fight to them, put them on the defensive. Impeachment proceedings would be a start, but a general strike specifically focused on "no one does work for the oligarchs" would be even more useful.
It’s like a small business: people, equipment, & supplies all have to be managed even on the way out.
You can’t just leave it the way you might depart a dump you’re renting from a crappy landlord.

You don’t have energy or time to explain to the public, Congress, or media how bad it is, because all your resources are manipulated towards dealing w/ things in the moment.
And all your peers are in the same damn leaky boat, too.
