This is really valid—for all the talk about how ppl should leave Substack, it shouldn't feel like walking away from a campfire and into the cold.

I know we have bigger issues at hand but whatever, this is important to me too.
Everyone who begged, cajoled, badgered, or nagged writers to leave Substack: You have to give WAY MORE support when people do it.
For all its faults, Substack has lots of good features and a very active community.
