Water isn't used for the cooling of the servers, it's a closed loop. The only way water is used is actually used up is during power creation and a lot of AI companies are investing in nuclear to combat that issue.

Absolutely is, just get nightbot or some other chat bot and add the emote as a banned phrase with no warnings! Can be a little tricky if you're new to using them, but there's plenty of tutorials.

I wouldn't *ban* people for using this - most users will not have seen the emote up close, and at 28 pixels, it's going to be impossible to tell.

Instead just set your moderation list to block the term, or issue a 1 second timeout.
